Here at Tiger Rock Liverpool, we always cater to a wide range of dietary requirements and preferences, and this includes those who wish to enjoy a vegan meal. As such, we have picked out some of the most popular vegan dishes that we serve in this article.


We begin with Pak Tempura, one of the small dishes on our menu, which has Japanese origins and leaves an impactful taste in your mouth. It essentially consists of a deep fried crispy eggplant, which also comes with lotus roots and asparagus as part of a light batter. It is a fulfilling and a filling food, something you can really enjoy as either a small meal or as a prelude to a larger offering, and it only costs £5.80.


Tofu Sumbat

Next on our list, we have got Terung Bhaji, which is a part of our range of salads and greens. This is an aubergine that is cooked with Malay spices, which comes in at £5.00. Also amongst our salads and greens is a dish that is both vegan and gluten-free, that being Tofu Sumbat. At its core, this is a stuffed tofu which comes with a cucumber, beansprout, leek and chilli tamarind sauce, and all of this for just £5.20.


We also have other vegan offerings here at Tiger Rock, which include Po Pia Bhet and Gon Chau Udon, along with a dessert in the form of Apple Spring Rolls with Ice Cream. There are even more vegan dishes which are gluten-free as well, and they cover the likes of Goi Cuon, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng, Pad Thai, Geng Keow Wan Gai, Som Tam, Rojak Kacang, Panang Het, Bak Choi, Kow Neow, Nasi Putih, Pad Mee, Kelapa Kentangmanis and Kimchi, along with Mango Sticky Rice Pudding. As you can see, then, there is no shortage of vegan offerings, and there are plenty of others to sample too.
